White Mezcal Negroni
Muscular notes of mezcal and gentian square up to each other but are softened and made to play nicely by bianco vermouth

Excellent! The mezcal is indeed softened, but it is very present!
Used Siete Misterios Mezcal straight from the freezer and a Martini Ambrato Vermouth.
Ice cold oily and a smooth bitterness with the smokiness of the mezcal reined in but still there.
Everything just compliments and a superb sipping drink
