Thank you for this guide. Note that there's also the Old Bay Ridge cocktail named after a Brooklyn neighborhood, created by David Wondrich. It is basically an old-fashioned made from a split base of Aquavit and Rye whiskey. Very nice!
I've added the Bay Ridge above (coincidentally only photographed yesterday) and I'll also try David's Old Bay Ridge with a view to also adding that as soon as I've made for Dan to photo. Thanks for the clarification.

The lack of a cocktail for Staten Island is a shame. May I suggest the Richmond Gimlet? Richmond County is the same land mass as Staten Island, and the island was called "Richmond" on many early maps of the boroughs.
