My Wife says is goes down easy. As she is a tequila monster no wonder. I made this to the recipe with Rooster Rojo tequila and Briottet Creme de Casis de Dijon. I realise Patron is the standard for the site but would take advice on the Reposado. I wonder how this would work with either a ginger syrup or ginger wine (Stones/Church's) and soda water as the dilutant.
