Very tasty indeed. We tried it as specified and then with lemon juice in place of the lime. We think that without the lime it loses its bright, sprightly expressiveness. I have an English sister-in-law who sometimes, shall we say, gets a little tipsy on the cocktails that I usually prepare on Xmas morning. I might offer her one of these this year, in the hope of keeping things a bit decorous, so to speak.

I used homemade elderflower liqueur, and it was so balanced and refreshing! One of my top favorite cocktails now.

Slightly too much on the sweet side to my taste... I've added more orange bitter. Not the more subtle, yet very enjoyable.

Very nice. The elderflower works well with the lime. Tasty, smooth, somewhat - but not too - sweet, not too boozy. We will definitely be making these again - - and again.

This is delicious. Possibly a little too sweet for me, might experiment with more lime, or try adding some lemon instead of / as well as.
