I used a beautiful fragrant bitter red aperitivo from St Felix in Melbourne and it really elevated the drink from when I just used Campari….

This tastes like Campari with a slight cranberry flare in the finish.

Added a couple of dashes of orange bitters. Suited my orange desire. Much to my taste this.
