I feel like some sort of "Mule" name would make more sense? Zero Mule? Idk.

I made this with some Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer. Shook it too. But it was way too lime forward. The ginger beer never came through. I have a feeling it would work better with a non-alcoholic/alcohol free ginger beer (like Fever Tree or Thomas Henry).

Fantastically zingy cocktail. Super fun for those non-alcoholic moments or events.

If you haven't got a 2:1 sugar syrup (using a 1:1) drop the Lime juice to 20ml or up the sugar syrup to 22.5ml.
