Sugar syrup (2:1), Black pepper, Gin
Watermelon (fresh), Sugar syrup (2:1), Cucumber (fresh), Coffee gin
We love savory, vegetal cocktails, but this is missing something.
I subbed the basil leaves out for a slice of cucumber and it worked a treat. Added an intense savoury note that you wouldn’t get from the basil.
Rye whiskey 45% abv, Coffee liqueur, Chocolate milk, Whipping cream, (+ 2 more)
Blended 3-5yo rum, Lime juice, Passion fruit purée
Vodka, Pineapple juice, Cherry brandy
Fantastically zingy cocktail. Super fun for those non-alcoholic moments or events.
If you haven't got a 2:1 sugar syrup (using a 1:1) drop the Lime juice to 20ml or up the sugar syrup to 22.5ml.
Passion fruit, Gin, Lemon juice, Passion fruit syrup, Coffee liqueur
I also tried this one, well I am not a gin fan, but here it's a match. Be careful, the sweetness of this drink hides the alcohol, one more, two more, and you get surprised haha
I just made this but instead of using Cointreau I swapped it for a coffee liqueur. I found this toned down the sweetness heaps. Plus if you like coffee, then gin, passionfruit and coffee mixed together is a match made in heaven.
