Hmm. I used St.Germain and Briottet Rose and I found the elderflower totally overpowered any rosé flavours, which is what I was looking for in this drink. Perhaps St Germain is sweeter than Fiorente. I did enjoy the drink, but next time I think I'll recalibrate the elderflower to rose measurements for a more floral and delicate drink
