Martini Special
A 'Sweet' Martini [it's dry and aromatic] aromatised with orange flower water, absinthe and angostura bitters

I did not have orange flower water so I used orange bitters. I just put enough absinthe in to coat the inside of the chilled martini glass. I found this surprisingly good and will definitely make it again!
