I'm honestly surprised by the relatively low drinkers score on this one. The cognac, banana and sherry go splendidly together with the bitters to balance out the sweetness. I did use Bitter Truth's Boggart Bitters, though, since I didn't have the Abbotts and thought they'd be the best replacement. It's slightly on the sweet side but is a great boozy nightcap. However, don't skip the sherry! You need that figgy, burnt sugar dryness on the finish.
