Light and refreshing. Nice mojito variation to switch things up. I might even add more mint next time...

Very nice cocktail!
I didnt have raperberry liqueur so i used Crème de Fraises à la Fraise de Bois(strawberry).
It worked really well!

Does this cocktail not use soda or sparkling water?

You can add a splash to top, but if you churn with crushed ice, it should already be diluted. Neither soda nor sparkling water is used to make mojitos in Cuba.

Also, the How to Make section doesn't reference the sugar syrup....not a major issue, of course.

Not my favourite Mojito variant. It's okay just not convinced about the raspberry/mint combination.
