I tried this without the tamarind, hmm, I think next time a little acidity will in fact not be a bad idea! Even shaken with lime juice instead of the tamarind? Maybe reduce the rosato a little too. Will experiment, as I think the rosato needs a little brightness :) Interesting cocktail though!
