I has to sub the vermouth with Lillet blanc and the tamarind with 10 ml of spiced cranberry concentrate. So, I kinda made a completely different cocktail, but it turned out good

I tried this without the tamarind, hmm, I think next time a little acidity will in fact not be a bad idea! Even shaken with lime juice instead of the tamarind? Maybe reduce the rosato a little too. Will experiment, as I think the rosato needs a little brightness :) Interesting cocktail though!

Hi Lee. You could try Belsazar Vermouth Rose or El Bandarra Vermut Rose. TheDrinkShop.com has stocks of Martini Rosato, presently with a "sale" price.
