The beach grass is not a grass at all but scurvy grass: cochlearia oficinalis, also known as spoonwort, a mustard. The seaweed; fucus vesiculosus, a brown alge known as Bladderwrack. Also made with ground ivy, glechoma hederacea, mint family. Brilliant creation. Slànte.
