Doubled the cognac and dialed back the amaretto to 15 ml.
Yummy!
Used a homemade rhubarb syrup.

Made this with some homemade rhubarb and raspberry curd. It is a complex fruity drink now with the raspberry on the back note. Well worth the effort

Made this with some rhubarb juice drained from some cooked rhubarb, so used a little more as not that sweet. Nice combination of flavours.
