I must be one of about seven people who don’t like this film (I really don’t!) but I do like this cocktail. I used a homemade Cherry Gin I made which worked well but and it does have the ‘slight’ carrot taste. Great cocktail, just a shame about the film.

Light, fresh and spritzy. Excellent warm weather drinking. Didn’t have coriander but was able to cadge some Vietnamese mint which worked very well in imo. Yum!

Possibly the best name for a cocktail ever invented. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

dind't have grapefruit soda so i made this with fresh grapefruit juice, simple syrup and soda water. pretty little drink.
