Jim Beam Black is aged for a minimum of six years in new charred American oak barrels. Sadly Jim Beam Black follows the trend of more commercial bourbons...
For the life of me, I can not understand nor agree with Jim Beam's marketing department concealing the truth from purchasers -
If Jim Beam is Aged 2-4 years, then
"Extra Aged" MUST BE AGED 4-6 years, and
"Double Aged" MUST BE AGED 6-8 years, and
"Triple Aged" MUST BE AGED 8-12 years -
STOP LYING TO US, JIM BEAM'S BOURBON LOVERS DESERVE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!
