Really floral, nice dessert drink, although it can be drunk anytime. The apricot is ever so subtle, bringing out fruitiness.

If you don’t have rose sugar syrup then it work just as well with ordinary sugar syrup and a couple of dashes of rose water (or to taste).
Turkish delight in a glass (the posh sort). Delish.

I had some leftover rose lemonade so a wick tweak of this - sub the rose syrup with a shot of rose lemonade and double the apricot brandy to 1/2 shot makes a pleasant perfumed drink
