Really nice cocktail - pineapple juice is lead taste (as should be expected), with a bit of brightness from the lemon lifting the pineapple. I like how bourbon works with pineapple, but in this case I think the amaretto is a bit heavy in the final taste - I may tweak the proportions a bit to reduce the amaretto next time.
