Replaced the simple for orgeat as mentioned below. Amazing, this might be one of my faves now!

Made some last night for friends at NYE - was delicious and very refreshing, definitely one to keep in the memory bank for the summer!

Also came out a lot redder than the photo.

Really refusing summer cocktail. I have been thinking about adding a dash of rose or vinho verde rose. Thoughts anyone?

Substituted 7.5ml of simple syrup for orgeat, great combination with the strawberries.
