How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and serve with straws.

2 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water

Created in 2008 by yours truly at The Cabinet Room in London, England.
