Ingredients:

2 fresh	Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 1⁄2 oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3⁄4 oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 1⁄3 oz	Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of half strawberry.

How to make:

3. MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
4. Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
6. TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish:

7. Garnish with strawberry on rim.
