Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
12 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
13 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Orgeat almond liqueur
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange or lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon or orange zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

A balanced and pleasing bourbon-laced sour with coffee and almond. (A lemon zest twist produces a fresher, drier cocktail, but orange is perhaps more harmonious.)
