²⁄₃ oz	Metaxa 12 Stars
²⁄₃ oz	Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
²⁄₃ oz	Bourbon whiskey
²⁄₃ oz	Ferro China Baliva
¹⁄₆ oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
