This one was right up my street. Sherry-ish and that's a good thing. Love the colour, how it looks and that it's not too strong too.

Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth, Foro Vermouth di Torino, Luxardo Maraschino, Fee Bros. Orange & Lemon Bitters, lemon zest. Really good, and even Herself liked it!

With Cocchi di Torino, this tastes a little like Sangria. Not sure I don't like it. I mean, it WAS good. Now I'm craving Mediterranean food of whatever nature.

Quite sweet and tasty - definitely worth a try when you have Dry vermouth kicking around waiting to be used
