A subtle symphony of flavors here. Delicate fruits on an old aged port floor in a refreshing aromatic mint atmosphere. I split the Cognac with Darvelle Freres V.S.O.P. French brandy.

Quite nice, but I don't think it needs the additional simple syrup, it's well balanced with just the sweetness from the maraschino liquer and the port.

I like this one a lot. Its refreshing but quite small
