I've been drinking a variant of this for a few years which I love:
Muddle 1/4 lime, 50ml Havana club 7yr old, 3 dashes angostura, in a a rocks glass with a big cube of ice, topped up with Pepsi Max (as it's fruitier than coke).

It's hard to beat.
