Very complex and refreshing Cocktail and a very good use of a left over Jägermeister Bottle. Adding a pinch of salt and a little extra lime juice took this drink from being very good to being exceptional on a very hot summer evening!

Tried this with 30ml Reposado Tequila, 15ml Mezcal (I like Smoky kites and cherry a lot) and upped the lime Juice to 30ml (2/3 oz.). Wasn't quite right but got better with dilution. Fells sort of off but I wouldn't be able to tell you why.

Adding like 10ml of a nice peated Islay Whiskey (I used Ardbeg Ten) instead of 10ml Bourbon adds extra complexity. Simply amazing drink!
Rye whiskey 40% abv, Peated malt whisky, Cognac (brandy), Rosso/sweet vermouth, (+ 2 more)
Had this at a bar, they added a little Laphroaig 10 and called it 'Meat Hook'. Simply Amazing!
