I hold certifcations from the Diageo International Bar Academy and have over the years worked in an array of F&B establishments, ranging from 4&5 Star Hotels, to Bar Restaurants and Bars. I am hugely interested in the cocktail culture, creating homemade Syrups, Liquers, Alkohol Fusions and homemade non alkoholic beverages. I am also a big fun of new techniques and also bar management.
