Wow!

I am really surprised, didn’t expect to like it, but it is really good.

Used Gordon’s and Kahlua.

Nice botanicals paired with sweet, coffee flavour.

Way too strong for me.
Next time I’ll try it with a Canadian Whisky

I was expecting a bit more salty flavour due to the brine. Next time I’ll add either more brine, or a few drops of saline solution.

I modified the ratio as follows:

100ml black tea
30ml simple syrup
20ml lemon juice
50ml soda

Also I just poured everything in an ice filled glass then stirred.

Pretty good variaton, worth a try ;)

First I was sceptic about this, but actually it was surprisingly good. Even though I used some budget Sake, Garrone Extra dry and Campari, I’m impressed with the result.

I am running out of sake soon, so I’ll come back for another round once I get a decent one ;)
