1 1⁄2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1 1⁄2 oz | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
If your coffee liqueur is on the sweet side, then add six drops of vanilla bitters to help the balance and complexity. However, with a good coffee liqueur and dry gin, this two-ingredient cocktail is surprisingly tasty and wonderfully simple.
The Brave Cow emerged during the 1970s/80s on the back of the then popular Black Russian cocktail.
