I have made this as written and by substituting Flor de Caña rum and 1:1 simple syrup. The alterations are simply delicious.
This page says “view 3 cocktails with vermouth amaro.” I have found at least one other (farmer’s tan) on the site that aren’t listed under vermouth amaro cocktails. Are there others I haven’t found, specifically for Cardamaro?
