How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Jamaican aged blended rum|
|3/4 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|1/6 fl oz||Ginger liqueur|
|1/6 fl oz||Pimento dram liqueur|
|2 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
