How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Jamaican aged blended rum |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water |
1/6 fl oz | King's Ginger Liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Pimento dram liqueur |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |

"Two-thirds glass Jamaica Rum
Juice of one Lime or Lemon
Sugar to taste
Teaspoon of Ginger Brandy and Pimento Liqueur
Two dashes Angostura Bitters"
