This is my 1st original craft cocktail that I've produced. I took inspiration from a "bourbon peach smash" and the "penicillin" cocktail. "Si Je Puis" is the Clan Colquhoun motto, meaning "If I Can". The peaches came from Calhoun County, IL. Enjoy, friends!
