The version in the 18th edition of your guide says 80ml Strega to 20ml red bitter liqueur. That seems like too large a difference to be classed as a variation, but perhaps you can clarify either way? Thanks

Nope. Didn't like this at all. For me, the champagne detracts from the whole/holy Manhattan vibe. If it ain't broke...

The champagne does its best to keep everyone organised, but the cherry was still too strong for me. I might try it with 15ml cherry brandy next time...
