23 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)

POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice). Briefly stir.

A really nice and refreshing drink, lower abv and a unique flavor profile. Strega leads the flavor, with some bitterness from the Campari and chinotto in the background. The chinotto soda dilutes and extends the drink - a very nice drink.
