Started getting serious about cocktails in the last 6 months. Have a good beginner collection going, and realized I like gin and whiskey more than I thought.

Used the same ingredients but a different dry gin, and everything took a backseat to the gin and ginger syrup. Needs some sort of tangy flavour from a fruit.
Not bad, but I’d either use less juice (.5 oz) or just a regular vodka, unless you really like lemon.
