I'm not a huge fan of Absinthe but I decided to step out. This is surprisingly good! The Absinthe and ginger are a nice juxtaposition. I use Reed's extra strength ginger beer.

I thoroughly enjoyed this cocktail. It starts off a little strong but as it mellows it opens up and is very flavorful.
I've heard and read the name Boulevard over time in reference to classic drinks. Im not sure what I expected. This was sharp and distinct. It was smooth but not extraordinary and did not stand out in any way.
