I ran out of Strucchi, but 2/3 Campari to 1/3 Aperol has nearly exact the same bitter/sweet/citrus profile as Strucchi.
Fantastic, balanced sipper with the proper funk of a classic tiki without being overpowering in spice or pineapple notes. I didn't do the 151 float as others have suggested below as I personally prefer my tikis blended from top to bottom - though I'm sure the float adds a fun opening element if that's your thing. Perfect drink for a summer evening here in Florida - or anywhere, anytime, actually. Have enough of these and you may start to envision palm trees wherever you live!
