| 3⁄4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
This bittersweet aperitif has become a contemporary classic and is described as a cross between Hemingway Daiquiri, Paloma and Margarita. (Some may prefer over ice in an old-fashioned glass.)
