It's probably redundant to say that the choice of rum makes this drink. For example, using Rum Fire is really overpowering in my opinion. W&N or WP might be preferable
I really liked this one. For some reason it tasted a lot like chocolate toe. Maybe I'll add a few drops of chocolate bitters and reduce the sugar a little next time.
surprisingly, the campari doesn't take over and goes really well with the orgeat. I used Smith & Cross, too and highly recommend it.
