Had a lime & coconut curd, so for 2 servings used 90ml Ciroc Pineapple Vodka & 30ml Koko Kanu with 60ml fresh lime juice - delicious - balanced with creamy texture.

Was looking for a cocktail using Oolong, one if my favourite teas. This is a superb use of it. The finished cocktail is summery & complex with a long flavour. The addition of the sage leaf is inspired. Recommend as a daytime cocktail.
FYI: you have Cherry Heering listed as a Swedish product but, as you note in the description, it's Danish.
