Had a lime & coconut curd, so for 2 servings used 90ml Ciroc Pineapple Vodka & 30ml Koko Kanu with 60ml fresh lime juice - delicious - balanced with creamy texture.

Tried this with Gin (roku) instead of vodka, gave about the same flavor, maybe a little bitter aftertaste. STRONG af. It lacks something however, not sure what but too bad

This is so delicious. Though I added a bit more lemon juice to balance out the sweetness of the curd. Ended up at around 25ml of lemon juice and it’s perfect. Lemony, sweet and tart.
