I happened to have exactly these ingredients so I put one together. It’s a perfect balance of smoke and bitter, and if I were a smoker it would be just dandy with a cigar. Next time I’ll try St George Terroir gin (California), which has hints of rosemary and other herbs.
Surprise - this one’s outstanding. I used Sho Chiku Bai Nigori sake since it’s easy to find here in California, and dry curaçao. Thank you for this unlikely combination, and it’s going into my rotation.
