This is so good. The interplay of Suze and elderflower is absolutely fantastic. Add to that the refreshing lemon and a bit of herbal complexity from the tequila. Delicious. It would probably work well with a softer, modern-style gin too. As it is, the perfect drink to sit on the back deck on a late April Sunday.

I think trying a London dry Gin and a touch of Maraschino liqueur to swap out the Suze, although love Suze... Will try
