Ingredients:
1 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
13 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
4 drop Bob's Peppermint Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. Garnish with mint leaf.

Very nice. I had it edging slightly on the sweet side, but a lovely light mint flavour with a touch of Chartreuse. I enjoyed it a lot.
