Worked with more Lavender Tincture and no additional sugar syrup, that way, with Antica Formula it worked out really well for me in case of the lvl of sweetness. Very nice fusion of flavours!

Used 3cl of Plantation Dark 40%, 2cl of Amontillado Sherry and 2cl of Aperol.
By the time I stirred it intense Pineapple notes emerged from the glass, crazy. Did not have such a strong association of something not being actually in the cocktail for a long time.
"Toffee" Aroma probably relying on older, less fruity style of rums.
A Caraway Margarita. I substituted Aquavit for the Kummel and reduced the simple syrup. It's good but I was hoping for a drink that was less of a margarita.
Didn't had huge Margarita Vibes for me
Found this while searching for Cocktails that I could probably do with Bergamot Juice instead of Lime juice, added some Barspoon of Supasawa to adjust the actual sourness, also added a Dash of Saline Solution, worked out really well, will do again with regular lime...Last Word Fans need to try this!
Prickly Pear cactus brandy, Bianco/blanco vermouth
Tsipouro, Honey, Lemon juice
Tsipouro, Orange Curaçao, Lemon juice
Liked it very much!
Used Smith & Cross Rum.
Added 1 Dash of Peychauds Bitters and 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Made it with 4.5cl of aged 7yo Rum, 1cl Luxardo Maraschino, Lustau Amontillado Blend, 3 Dashes of Grapefruit Essence and topped up with Thomas Henry Botancial Tonic Water
The initial drink was just a bit to sweet for me.
Very nice!
Possibly one of the very few drinks, that are successfully helping me conditioning myself to tolerating/liking absinthe and anise notes in cocktails aswell as in general; more than a regular Sazerac. What I try to say is... I like!
To reduce the waste of old school absinthe rinsing techniques, I also just spray absinthe from small flacons on top of the cocktail from time to time.
Gentian liqueur, Akvavit / Aquavit, Lemon juice, Americano bianco, Maraschino liqueur
Just made it with 2cl Suze Gentian Liqueur and 2.5cl of Akquavit, and added fresh Dill to the shake aswell as for the garnish, AWESOME!
Wierd to read, but surprisingly tasty, will drink again!
The very best very last drink of a good night for me.
I most like it with Overproof 57% Vol. ,Juniper heavy Gin, double zested with fresh bergamot and sprayed with some absinth. 10/10 !
...Add some drops of Saline Solution, and its one of the very few coctails, ultimatively flavoured, offering like EVERYTHING humankind is able to taste;
Fruity from the Pineapple
Sour from the Lime
Spicy from the Ginger
Bitter from the Aperol
Smokey/Umami from the Mezcal
and Salty from the Saline Solution
If it wasn't clear till this point; I love this drink!
