Tried different version and prefer the 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz Galliano, single shot strong espresso version. You don’t want to be able to see through the drink.

I am very impressed by this recipe. I used gomme syrup instead of simple syrup and the result was amazing.
I really like this hot summer drink. I used chili pepper syrup to add a little spice to it. The grape and lemon aromas add complexity.
