These rums have been aged in their Caribbean distilleries in hot and humid conditions, generally in American ex-whisky casks. After being shipped to Cognac Ferraud’s Château de Bonbonnet the rums are transferred into casks previously used to age cognac and left in Cognac Ferraud’s cool cellars for several months to two years. The result is a range of ‘Plantation’ branded rums from around the Caribbean.

Clear, golden amber.
Inviting smoky bacon fat, flambéed banana, dried fruit and almonds.
Full-bodied, slightly caramel sweet with dried fruits (plump currants) and warm vanilla. Well balanced oak and light spice.
This unctuous rum has a wonderfully warm lingering, velvety.
