Launched in 2008 and a classic London Dry gin in style, it is distilled with ten botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seed, nutmeg, cinnamon, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, liquorice and Spanish orange and lemon peel – which are steeped in the pot still for 24 hours prior to distillation.

Aparência:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Crystallised lemon zest and orange peel with aromatic lavender and camphor rich juniper. Delicate rooty earthy notes with freshly cut celery.

Sabor:

Piney juniper with dry, slightly bitter orris root and zesty citrus – practically orange oils which taste slightly lime zest-like. Complex and bone dry.

Aftertaste:

Zesty citrus continues through the lightly peppery spiced juniper and liquorice finish.

No geral:

A traditional London Dry-style gin that's actually distilled in London at a family-owned distillery. The gin's appeal continues through to its practical and well-desiged square bottle.
