This traditional sloe gin liqueur is made by steeping wild English hand-picked sloe berries, harvested in the Autumn in Hayman’s Gin for several months. Launched 2009.

Slight haze, rusty red with brown edges.
Good sloe berry nose with underlying gin aromas and almond notes.
The bitter-sweet palate has good sloe berry flavours with balanced syrupy sweetness. Gin notes rise through the fruit and develop towards the finish.
Warm, fruity, spicy gin finish.
